Return Policy
Not sure about the piece? Don’t worry! We'll let you return standard merchandise* no questions asked within 30 calendar days. (*Standard Merchandise: All necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and bangles ordered via our Website; unsized rings: sizes 6-7 only). Jewelry being returned must not be altered, and in the original condition and state that you received it.
We offer 3 methods of returns:
1) You may exchange the piece for any other piece of jewelry you like on our site, or in our catalog. We offer an Unlimited Exchange Policy until you are 100% satisfied with your jewelry. Please call for more information: 1-800-504-0454.
2) You may receive store credit for the amount you paid. Store Credit is good for one year. In addition, we will add 10% to that amount to ensure customer satisfaction.
3) You may receive a refund for the amount you paid less a 10% restocking fee to cover our costs. Shipping is not refundable.
