It is the aim of DAVIZI.COM to be the premier choice for fine quality diamonds and jewelry. Merchandise is guaranteed against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. This warranty does not, however, apply to items subjected to excessive wear, abuse, or physical damage whether accidental or otherwise. Of course, we want you to be the final judge of quality. If you're not 100% satisfied with your DAVIZI.COM product -- we'll fix it or replace it!
Sizing
Due to the custom nature of our products, ordering the correct size is important. You can visit a local jeweler and have your finger sized. Regardless, we will adjust any ring size free of charge within the first 30 days of shipment. After this period we will remake your ring in the correct size for a $25.00 charge plus shipping (other charges may apply if the ring was not ordered in approximately the correct size -- ie: sizing from a size 7 to a size 14 might cost more -- especially in 18k or platinum (moving from size 7 to 8.5 would be $25).
Damage to your ring due to sizing (and/or repair) done outside the DAVIZI.COM Factory is excluded from and will void this warranty.
